+ What’s the difference between annual and monthly billing?

The difference is how often you pay your subscription fee. With monthly billing, you will be charged on the same day each month. With annual billing, you are charged once for the whole year and save 20%.

+ How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Simply go to the account section and then go to subscriptions. From there on you can upgrade or downgrade from your current plan as well as change your billing details. Or you can simply email [email protected] and we will do everything for you. 

+ Can I create images with Therios AI?

Yes, with Therios AI you will have access to image creator as well as Text-to-Video which will be done inside of Open AI.


As of May, you will do all your image creation, document analysis and everything else, natively inside of Therios Therios AI once our Merger is finalized. 

+ What if I run out of AI tokens?

Current: You will have a backup Open AI API key which you will use to top-up directly with Open AI if your allocated Therios Tokens runs out. As of May, things will be much easier!


May Update: NO OpenAI API required anymore. You will receive TIER A credits each month. If you run out, you will simply click TOP UP and purchase your ROLLOVER TIER B tokens which will build up each month you have a remaining balance on them. This balance will be used for ALL AI platforms which will merge with Therios AI in the coming months, and you will never be required to have an account outside of Therios to use the any specific AI model, all will be done inside of Therios. 

+ Do I have to upgrade to get more AI Tokens?

No, different subscriptions are tailored to different needs, you can simply top-up even if you are on a personal subscription. Currently it will be done through your backup Open AI API, but as of March it will all be done inside of Therios AI.

+ What is the difference between a collaborator and a user?

User refers to someone who has their own individual account and can access and work on their own projects and compositions.


On the other hand, a collaborator is someone who is invited by a user to join a specific project as a team member. Collaborators have access to the project and can contribute to the compositions within that project. So, while users have their own independent accounts, collaborators work within the context of a specific project.

+ Where do I create AI assistants?

Currently you will create all assistants through Therios AI inside of Open AI's platform. Coming March, when our merger is done, all assistants will be created within Therios AI natively as well as all Therios Workflow Workforce AI bot teams. 

+ What uses the most AI tokens?

Token usage will depend on several factors including: Selected AI model, image generation or custom knowledge base analysis. Here are some examples: 

1. One image in GPT 4 Turbo = approx. 1000 words

2. 8 500 000 words on GPT 3.5 Turbo is equal to 425 000 Words on GPT 4 Turbo

3. 208,333 words, or 3.3X 500 pages detailed reports (assuming usage of the latest GPT-4 model at its highest rates). This conversion rate may vary depending on the specific services used (e.g., text vs. image generation & knowledge bases).

Remember, these rates are constantly going down as new models emerge and we will provide updates when prices go down. 

+ When will I be able to create videos?

Therios Vision AI is set to be operational and seamlessly integrated into our platform by July 2024.

+ Will using AI generated content on my website damage my search ratings?
